Delete account and Match data

Match → your card → Trust and privacy → Delete my Resonance data. Confirming removes your card, matches and messages while your account and personal traces remain. Turning Match mode off only hides your card; it does not delete data.

Your card, chats and messages are permanently deleted. This can't be undone.

To delete your account and associated data, use Settings → Account → Delete My Account. If you cannot access the app, write from your account email to privacy@mirrorid.ai. Requests about retained safety records can also be sent there.

Report evidence and minimal suspension or ban records may remain after deletion to prevent abuse. These safety records have no fixed automatic deletion period.

Mirror Match · 18+

Mirror Match is optional and for adults aged 18+. Age checks rely on your declaration; no identity verification is performed.

Card information, matching indicators derived from traces, preferences, messages and safety reports are linked to your account and processed for matching, messaging, personalization and abuse prevention. Private traces are not shown to other members. Card text and messages undergo safety checks with Gemini; Firebase supports data storage and service operation.

Heart is optional and requires separate explicit consent. Your gender expression, who you want to meet, age range and birth year are used only for Heart matching with mutually compatible preferences. They are not displayed on your card or shown to other members. Closing Heart deletes these preferences and withdraws your consent.
