PuzzleReverse Privacy Policy
PuzzleReverse is a free, offline puzzle game. Version 1.0.0 has no ads, in-app purchases, account sign-in, analytics SDKs, or tracking SDKs.
1. Information kept on your device
Your player name, avatar, color theme, sound/vibration/motion preferences, completed levels, current game, and undo history are stored on your device. The app does not send these records to the developer or third-party servers.
2. Permissions and tracking
The app does not request your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier. It does not use in-game ads, advertising profiles, analytics, or tracking services.
3. Managing and deleting your saves
Profile → Reset progress clears level, session, and tutorial progress; your profile and settings are preserved. You can change your player name in the Profile screen.
You can delete local saves by uninstalling the app or using your operating system’s option to clear app data. You can manage operating system backup and device transfer options in your Apple/Google account settings. The developer cannot access these backups; the game has no developer-managed cloud sync.
4. Store services
Apple and Google may process data under their own privacy policies as part of app downloads and store services. This processing is separate from PuzzleReverse sending data to the developer.
5. Support requests
If you ask for support by email, we use your email address and the information you choose to share to respond to your request. Do not include unnecessary personal information, passwords, or payment information in a support request. You can send questions about your support message or a deletion request to the same address.
We retain support correspondence to resolve your request and carry out any necessary follow-up. We delete routine support correspondence within 6 months after the request is closed. If there is a legal retention obligation or an ongoing dispute, the relevant correspondence may be retained only for as long as necessary for that reason. You can send a deletion request to the same support address.
6. Data protection
Local game records are stored in the space allocated to the app by the operating system. Because PuzzleReverse does not transfer these records over the network, there is no game-data server operated by the developer. The device lock, operating system updates, and Apple/Google backup settings affect how these records are protected.
Support emails are processed through our hosted email service; the email provider performs the technical operations needed to deliver and store the messages. Access to the mailbox is restricted through email account authentication. Correspondence is used only to handle support requests and related privacy requests. Do not include passwords, payment information, or unnecessary personal information in a support request.
7. This website
The small game demo on this website processes your moves only in the open browser session; it does not create a game account or send your saves to the developer. For technical access information about the website, the website privacy notice is available to review.
8. Changes and contact
